About us

Craft Factory is a home decor, smart gadgets, and custom design studio based in Lebanon. Every piece is designed and 3D printed to order.

Orders & payment

We accept two payment methods: cash on delivery, where you pay the total shown at checkout directly to the courier upon delivery, and Whish Money transfer, where payment is sent upfront to our Whish Money account and production begins once payment is confirmed. Prices are listed in US dollars.

Production & delivery

Each piece is printed to order, with production typically taking 1 to 3 days before it ships. Delivery is $3 within Beirut and $5 outside Beirut, and free on orders above $60. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.

Returns & exchanges

Since every piece is printed to order, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or exchange. Personalized and fully custom pieces are non-refundable once production has started, except in the case of a defect. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

Loyalty points & coupons

Registered customers earn loyalty points on completed orders, which can be redeemed for coupon codes as described on their account page. Points and coupons have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of suspected abuse.

Accounts

You can create an account by signing in with Google, or by registering with an email and password. Creating an account is optional — guest checkout is always available. You're responsible for keeping your account and password secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

Product accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products. Since items are hand-finished and 3D printed, minor variations in color, texture, or size between pieces are normal and not considered defects.
